Early Sunday we said goodbye to Capileira, and headed toward the sea. We stopped along the way to snap a few photos to show the way the towns cleave to the mountains. I also hoped that it could be seen the way the agriculture is grown on the mountain too.

One last glance at the Sierra Nevadas.

Remember this, this, and this? Since those adventures I have been so lucky as to have been adopted into this friendship of many, many years. Geoff and Helen, and Paddy and Catroina are some of the loveliest people in our lives. We are so fortunate to have them. We are even more fortunate to spend a week in Estepona with them. (Thank you Paddy and Catroina!).
Ever myself, I entered the room to say hello and flopped right down the stairs. I am so good at making an entrance.
Look at the beautiful house!
And there is the Sea!
It has been ever so lovely sitting in the sun, eating delicious food, and drinking rose together. Nic is laughing like I rarely see him laugh.
Helen and I went for a run! It was pretty hot, and we got a little lost, but we survived and saw the beautiful sea up close.
